Corporate Secretarial (Singapore & Malaysia)
Graduated with a Bachelor Honours Degree in Marketing Management, Serene Kek is an Associate Member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS). She is also a certified adult learning trainer (ACTA) and a Professional Member of the International Compliance Association (ICA). She has more than 15 years of practical experience in corporate secretarial profession through her previous employment under a law firm and a multinational corporate management firm. She is also the named Company Secretary of Singapore companies since 2010.
Serene’s expertise includes providing consultation on setting up company structures, business license applications and payroll handling for Singapore and Malaysia companies, as well as compliance and governance aspects of non-profit organization in Singapore.
Currently, Serene serves as the Honorary Secretary of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS), and also a trainer of Centre for Corporate Management & Development Pte. Ltd. (CCMD) for corporate secretarial courses (fundamental, specialist diploma and degree equivalent professional programme) as well as a pro-bono advisor for Charities Walk-in Clinic Consultation. Due to her experience and in-depth knowledge, she is frequently invited as speaker and panelist for seminars and webinars held in Singapore, Malaysia and Finland.
毕业于市场管理大学文凭，郭丽芷（Serene）小姐是新加坡特许秘书协会的会员之一，也是新加坡WSQ培训与评估高级证书(ACTA)的合格培训师和国际合规协会的专业会员之一。她于律师楼和公司管理国际企业的工作经验使她拥有在公司秘书领域超过15年的实战经验。自2010年起她也是多家新加坡公司的公司秘书。
丽芷小姐专业领域为向新加坡和马来西亚公司提供有关设立公司架构、申请公司执照和处理薪金有关事项，以及有关新加坡慈善机构的合规和监管等方面的咨询服务。
目前，丽芷小姐是新加坡特许秘书协会的名誉秘书, 也是Centre for Corporate Management & Development Pte. Ltd. (CCMD) 的培训师,负责公司秘书的相关课题（基础课程、文凭课程和专业课程），以及慈善咨询诊所的志愿顾问。鉴于她的经验和深入的知识，她经常被邀请为新加坡、马来西亚和芬兰举行的研讨会和网络研讨会的演讲者和讨论会成员。
